ITF PROMOTIONAL WAITING TIMES

I am hearing from sources close to me from the USA that ITF has instituted new waiting times between promtional testings. I am from Ireland and am hoping to find out whether or not this is true and if so can someone direct me to an updated document as to what the new requirements are.

My instructor told me that as well. I will look into finding documentation about it, but I haven't seen any updates about it on the itf-tkd site. But I believe it is an additional one year added on, so that it is two years before you can test for II degree, three years for III degree, four years for IV degree, and so on... Hope that helps!
